Kicked from guild

Hello i wanna now why the hell i got kicked from the guild
i was put on for a intance run in calender i signed up before
everybody else did.... and the ironbone tiold me its up to him to
diside ho to come thats not fair ive bin in this guild for a long time
i helped all ho asked for it
and when i get a little pissed i got kicked
i dont think is fair when i got signed in calender and the ironbone tells
me i maybe not come ...
is it because im a shammie or what....
its was the same yesterday if i didnt say anything i would not come

what whot you do in that case....
just say okay im happy not to go even if you did get signed up for the run
I just wanna say i liked the guild and the members BUT NOT YOU IRONBONE

well Neo you were kicked cause you showed that you are not a team player - demanding to go on runs? i mean wtf?!! everyone else in the guild has no complaints and realises that i need to take the group that i feel can finish certain bosses / parts of the raid. If you wanna pick the raid group i suggest you start your own guild and spend 5-6 months building it up. i dont need to be pressured from people at this delicate point in the guilds life. people need to be patient and have some understanding...well they all do, except you. Also in RL i'm in the military and if you speak to an officer like that you can expect to be booted i dont take any shit - period
