I wonder who is the animal

There is a person called Guillermo Vargas or else Habacuc who did the following thing.
He took a poor dog from the street and tied it with a short rope at a corner of a "galery" room and let it there without food or water as an attraction for that "galery".After a few days of torment the poor dog died.The redicilous part is that many people visited that attraction and did nothing about it.And more are yet to come.
Biennale which is some company or something that organizies art festivals liked that kind of art and asked Habacuc to repeat this proccess with another dog.If u copu paste his name on google or yahoo you will find more information about it.
I ,as that kind of people who love animals, am disgussed by such an act and i was really depressed to see the pictures of that dog.If you want you can visit the following link and sign that u are against the repeatance of that act.
