DKP - fast and easy

Ok so here we go: there were some double entries and wrong notes in the DKP raid logs and some ppl recieved more DKP than they should. I corrected it as much as I could but there might still be incorrect values around. To prevent this happen again I adopt Ironbone's and some other's ideas and made DKP awarding as easy as possible.

- Max DKP pool: 200 (no need for higher value)
- Min DKP pool: -10
DKP awards:
- 10 DKP/boss
- No hourly award
- No Iron Man award
- Success award: max 10 DKP at the end of session (raid leader decides)
Buying loot
- Price: 10 DKP for epic loot; 20 DKP for tier tokens
- No roll needed: the one with higher DKP amount wins
- If values are equal then time spent in raids decides
- Zero Sum applies

This is a very easy, fast and not really accurate method but I think it might do till we get used to it. It would also be nice to have one or 2 more people who take the job of awarding DKP in raids with the QDKP addon.
